These terms govern your use of igrm ("the service", "we", "us"). Using the service means you agree to them. Plain language. Short version: we moderate comments on your authorized Instagram account using AI; you can leave anytime; we are not liable for what your AI moderation chooses to hide.
igrm is for Instagram Business or Creator accounts. You must be the authorized owner of the account, or be authorized in writing by the owner to manage it. We require this — Instagram requires this.
We connect to the Instagram account using Meta-licensed tools and scan incoming comments at the interval matching the subscription tier (twice daily on the pilot tier; every five minutes on monthly and annual tiers). Comments classified as toxic, hateful, abusive, or spam are hidden using Instagram's native hide-comment function. All actions are logged in the Excel report.
Each tier (Basic, Standard, Premium, Agency) has a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription. Setup fees cover Meta authorization, custom keyword configuration, onboarding call, and the first weekly report. Setup fees are non-refundable once authorization has been completed, since the work has been performed.
Each tier carries a daily moderation volume cap (Basic: up to 2,500 comments/day; Standard: up to 5,000; Premium: up to 10,000; Agency: per-account allocations). Accounts that regularly exceed their tier cap will be moved to a higher tier or quoted a custom plan; pricing scales with volume.

We provide the service "as is". We do our best, but AI is not perfect and Instagram is not perfect. We are not liable for:
Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us during that period.
You can leave anytime — revoke our access in Instagram settings, two clicks. We can terminate your account if you violate Section 6 or fail to pay; we will give 7 days' notice except in cases of platform abuse. On termination, your data is purged per our Privacy Policy.
We may change these terms. Material changes are emailed to every active subscriber at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
